Since wheat flour is an important component in all baked food items including bread and biscuits, cakes and pastries, muffins, sweets, etc. From most tradition to modern food cuisines, the use of flour is very extensive and ranks No 1 in human consumption. Flour is produced by milling and processing wheat grains.
